About Us

Co-owners Adam and Charlie makeup the current team of Arrow + Compass Home. They own a home in Atlanta’s Historic Old Fourth Ward Neighborhood that they have been upgrading using their combined 30+ years of experience working in organizing and home improvement. Adam and Charlie bring contrasting opinions yet complementary abilities to each job to provide their clients the most sensible, unique, and customized solutions for the problems they face or tasks they wish to have completed.

Do you have a “honey-do” list, some odd jobs around the house, or a cluttered space that lacks function and needs organizing that you are unable to do or don’t have the time to do? Adam and Charlie are excited for the opportunity to work with (or for) you in your home to help improve your environment, live a more simple life, and get those tasks completed for you that seemingly keep falling to the bottom of your priority list.

Adam is originally from Los Angeles, California but has lived in Metro Atlanta since 1996 when he moved to Roswell with his family. He now lives in Atlanta’s Historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood and loves exploring new restaurants, bars, and hangout spots around town.

While in college, Adam studied Sociology and Leadership at Kennesaw State University and has been playing on and captaining an adult kickball team for the past 5+ years. Adam is also very involved in the community and serves as Member-at-Large on the board for Atlanta’s chapter of Stonewall Sports, a national LGBT non-profit sports league.

Adam’s passion for home improvement stems deep into his childhood. At the age of 9 his mother taught him how to use a staple gun and a hammer and he’s been growing his skills in handy work ever since then. He loves home improvement projects and proving that even minor incremental upgrades can have a huge and positive impact on one’s home.
